A wedding day coordinator typically enters the process when almost everything has already been decided.<\/p>\n

The suppliers have been hired.
The design concept already exists.

      They work on elements that go far beyond the venue\u2019s scope \u2014 designers, stylists, accommodations, guest logistics, transportation.

      When someone works directly for the venue, that freedom simply doesn\u2019t exist.<\/p>\n

      Some Wedding Planners work exclusively with direct professional fees.<\/p>\n

      Others may also receive commissions from certain suppliers.<\/p>\n

      Both models exist within the industry.<\/p>\n

      What truly matters is not the model itself.<\/p>\n

      What matters is transparency<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

      Recommendations should never be influenced by financial incentives, nor should couples ever be guided toward services they don\u2019t genuinely need.<\/p>\n

      Trust between a couple and their planner is built on that clarity.<\/p>\n

      One of the most frequent situations we see is this:<\/p>\n

      Couples book wedding day coordination believing it includes planning.<\/p>\n
